ECI appoints IAS Sandip Jacques as Electoral Roll Observer for Goa (UPDATED)
The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has appointed Sandip Jacques (IAS), Secretary (Revenue) and Divisional Commissioner, Goa, as Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the Current Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with regards to January 1, 2025 as the qualifying date. The Roll Observor will be available for general public to receive their representation, if any, on November 14, 2024 at 11 am in Conference Hall, Collectorate, North Goa.
