Avadhesh Kumar, who is presently working as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) at North Eastern Railway (NER), has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of looking after the duties of Chairman of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
