As per available indications, Secretary level postings and reshuffle is likely to take place in April, probably after Parliament session is over on April 3. Four Secretaries- Health, Expenditure, MSME and Border Management- are retiring in April. 6 posts of secretaries are already vacant. These are- Culture, School Education & Literacy, PMO, Secretary (Security), President Secretariat and NIITI Aayog.
