Pulkesh Kumar is Deputy Secretary, MoHFW
Pulkesh Kumar, Deputy Chief Project Officer (Gaz.), Central Railway, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Delhi, on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
