Dr Rahul Khullar passes away (UPDATED)
Dr Rahul Khullar (IAS 1975 UT) passed away early Tuesday morning in Delhi. After joining IAS in 1975, he obtained a PhD in Economics from Boston University and taught Economics there. After retiring as Commerce Secretary and Chairman, TRAI, he was teaching Mathematics at a Delhi school. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
