Amit Kumar Singh has been transferred from Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) to Integral Coach Factory (ICF) on his own request and posted in the cadre in place of V Venugopal. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
