Naresh Tikait is likely to contest as a TMC candidate in the upcoming UP Assembly elections. Recently he met Mamta Banerjee in Kolkata and both have reportedly discussed the election issue.

As per information, Mamta Banerjee is in no mood to leave BJP in UP. It is said that the TMC could field more than 50 candidates against the BJP.
