Baijayant Panda and Subhrakant Panda have been re-appointed as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director respectively of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) with effect from October 28, 2021. Besides, Chitta Ranjan Ray has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director of the company with effect from January 31, 2022.
