Mukul Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, has been assigned additional charge of the post of Special Secretary, Haryana, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Department, while Pardeep Kumar, Advisor, Civil Aviation and Special Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, was handed over additional charge of Administrator, HSVP (HQ) Panchkula.
