Yogesh Kumar Srivastava , who is presently posted as Principal Financial Advisor (PFA) in Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), has been transferred to North Central Railway (NCR) in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
