Raj Kumar unlikely to return GoI as Secretary Defence
Although expected, Raj Kumar because of previous experience may return to the GoI as Secretary Defence. Now it is certain that ACS in Gujarat Raj Kumar will not join the GoI to take over as Chief Secretary. He is 1987 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre.
