Most of youths want to work in air-conditioned BPO

I do not agree that our education system lacks vision. While there are many vocational courses available, today's youth do not want to pursue courses which require manual/outdoor work. Most of them want to work in air-conditioned BPO! There is an acute shortage of nurses, OT assistants, geriatric care attendants etc. which require skill and dedication. Unfortunately there are no takers for these jobs.
