One former IPS officer Dr Ramdev Singh , former IAS R S Jhakad, former IAS Mahavir Singh alongwith former IRS officer P R Dhayal have joined the Congress party at a function attended by Rajasthan PCC Chief Sachin Pilot at the State Congress Headquarters in Jaipur on August 16, 2018.
