10 IAS officers of 1987 batch promoted as ACS in UP

UP govt has promoted 10 IAS officers in Addl Chief Secretary’s pay scale. Five of them are on Central deputation. Those in the cadre and promoted are Avneesh Kumar Awasthi, M K Gupta, Renuka Kumar, Sanjiv Kumar Mittal and Ramaramn. These officers belong to 1987 batch. Five  officers of this batch who are on deputation to the GoI have also been promoted.
