Asra Garg has been posted as IGP, South Zone, Madurai, while T S Anbu was appointed as Additional Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, North, Greater Chennai City Police and Prem Anand Sinha will take charge as IGP, North, Chennai. Similarly, Santhosh Kumar will be posted as Commissioner, Tirunelevli Police; T Senthil Kumar as Commissioner, Madurai City Police; A T Durai Kumar as IGP, Enforcement, Chennai; S Mallikha as IGP Establishment, Chennai; G Sampathkumar as IGP, Welfare, Chennai, on promotion; Bala Naga Devi as ADGP,Operations on return from interstate deputation and H M Jayaram takes charge as ADGP and Additional Commandant General, Home Guards, Chennai.
