As many as 11 IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Chhattisgarh. Dr C R Prasanna, Secretary, Department of Cooperation, holding additional charge of Secretary, Governor, will also hold charge of Commissioner, Cooperation and Registrar, Cooperative Societies along with his present duties, while Kuldeep Sharma is appointed as Collector, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara. Similarly, Tirtharaj Agarwal will join as Deputy Secretary, Planning, Economics and Statistics Department; Ms Leena Kosam as Controller of Examinations, Public Service Commission, Naya Raipur; Saumil Ranjan Choubey as Deputy Secretary, Agriculture Department, Mantralaya; Birendra Bahadur Panchbhai as Additional Collector, Narayanpur; Sumit Agarwal as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg; Sandeep Kumar Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Bilaspur; Ashish Kumar Tikariha as Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Warehousing Corporation; Rishabh Kumar Parashar as Deputy Secretary, Finance Department and Tarun Kumar Kiran was made OSD, Office of the Collector, District Korba.
