12 IAS officers get new postings in Punjab (UPDATED) Dozen IAS officers have been given new postings in Punjab.Vikas Pratap has been posted as ACS, Technical Education & Industrial Training, while Sumer Singh Gurjar will join as PS, Defence Services Welfare and Mrs kanwal Preet Brar was made Secretary, Health & Family Welfare. Similarly, Mrs Babita is appointed as Commissioner, Agriculture; Harpreet Singh Sudan as Director, Sports & Youth Services; Jaspreet Singh as Director, Industries & Commerce; Himanshu Aggarwal as Deputy Commissioner, Patiala; Abhijeet Kaplish as  Director, Mines & Geology; Amit Kumar Panchal as Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib; Varjeet Walia as Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar; Jasbir Singh-II as Additional Secretary, General Administration & Coordination and Akash Bansal has been shifted as DC, Kapurthala.
