12 IAS officers transferred in Haryana

As many as 12 IAS officers have been shifted in Haryana. Pankaj Yadav has been appointed as Director General and Secretary, Transport Department, while Phool Chand Meen was made MD, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. and Mandip Singh Brar will take charge as DG and Secretary, Industries & Commerce. Similarly, Saket Kumar will be posted as MD, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd.; Chander Shekha Khare, Special Secretary, Haryana, Human Resources Department, gets an additional charge of Director and Special Secretary, Science & Technology; Mani Ram Sharma was appointed as Special Secretary, Home-II and Commissioner, Gurudwara Elections with additional charge of Labour Commissioner and Special Secretary, Labour Department; Jaibir Singh Arya, Director, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and Managing Director, CONFED, was assigned additional charge of MD, Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam; Shyam Lal Poonia is now Deputy Commissioner, Mahendragarh; Manoj Kumar-I is appointed as Director and Special Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare and Director and Special Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training; Ajay Kumar as Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh; Virender Kumar Dahiya was made Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar and Manoj Kumar-II is shifted as Deputy Commissioner, Jind.
