Twelve IPS officers have been shifted and given new postings in Uttarakhand. Mrs Vimmi Sachdeva Raman takes charge as IGP, Personnel and Kewal Khurana, Commandant General, Home Guards/Civil Defence gets additional charge of IGP, Training. Similarly, Mrs Vimla Gunjyal was relieved of the charge of IGP, Telecom/CID and given additional charge of IGP, P&M; Mrs Ridhim Aggarwal, IGP, ACEO, Disaster Management and Special Secretary, Home gets additional responsibility of IGP, SDRF; Mrs Neeru Garg  was appointed as IGP, Fire Services; Krishna Kumar V K as IGP, Telecom; Rajiv Swarup as DIGP, Security; Janmejaya Khanduri as DIGP, UPCL, Vigilance Cell; Mrs Nivedita Kukreti as DIGP, Fire Service; Dadan Pal as DIGP/Director, PTC, Narendra Nagar, Yashwant Singh as Assistant IGP, Prison and Yogendra Singh Rawat DIGP, Intelligence/Security and Prison has been relieved of the additional charge of Prison.
