13 IRS officers deployed as Election Observers
The ECI has deployed 13 IRS(C&IT) officers as Expenditure Observers for by-elections in three Lok Sabha and 30 Assembly seats. They are- D. Lakshamikantha, Arun Kumar Gupta, Avinash Yadav, Sushant, Mahabir, T P Anwar Ali, Smt R Gulzar Begum, Sudhir Kokade, Rajesh Kumar, Mukesh Rathod,

Lakshamikantha, Arun Kumar Gupta, Avinash Yadav, Sushant, Mahabir, T P Anwar Ali, Smt R Gulzar Begum, Sudhir Kokade, Rajesh Kumar, Mukesh Rathod, Avinash Bansal, D S Meena and Tamizh Vendan. These officers are from 2005 to 2010 batches.
