13 UP cadre IAS officers appointed Observers

ECI has appointed 7 IAS officers of UP cadre as Observrs for Nagaland, Tripura and Meghalaya Assembly elections. They are- Dhiraj Kumar of 2005 batch, Z.B.Sagir of 2006 batch, P.N. Singh of 2007 batch, Sukh Lal Bharti, K. Vijayendra Pandiyan, Anil Dhingra and Kumar Ravikant Singh (all are from 2008 batch), Ram Kewal, Dr Rupesh Kumar, Dr Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, Anil Kumar and Anuj Kumar Jha(all from 2009 batch) and A.P.Singh of 2010 batch.
