14 IAS officers retiring in September

As many as 14 IAS officers of various cadres and batches are retiring in September, 2019. The officers include: Ramashankar P Daftuar and Sohan Kumar Thakur of Bihar cadre; Prasanta Kr Mahapatra and Dr Krishan Kr Khandelwal of Haryana; Vineet Chawdhry of Himachal Pradesh; Sudhir Tripathi of Jharkhand; Shobhana K Pattanayak of Karnataka; S S Deshmukh of Maharashtra; Devinder Kumar Bhalla of Nagaland;  Arvinder Singh Bains of Punjab; Ashfaq Husain of Rajasthan; Smita Nagaraj of Tamil Nadu; R V Chandravadan of Telangana and Swapan Kumar Paul of West Bengal cadre.
