14 IFS officers of 1996 batch empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 14 officers of Indian Forest Service of 1996 batch have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in Government of India. The officers are: Brijendra Swaroop of Sikkim; Saurabh Gupta of Punjab; Sandeep Tambe of Sikkim; Satyendra Singh of Assam; Amit Kumar Gujarat; V George Jenner of Tripura; K Vidya Sagar of Uttarakhand;  Vijay Ranjan Singh of Karnataka; Pravin D Chavan of Maharashtra; Anand Mohan of Rajasthan; Umakant of UT; G C Hosur of HP; K Ravidhandan of UT and Amit Mishra of Punjab.
