15 IAS officers retiring in November

As many as 15 IAS officers of various cadres and batches are retiring in November 2017. The officers are: Manmath Kumar Raut of Chhattigarh cadre; Dr Amarjit Singh of Gujarat; Sant Kumar Verma of Jharkhand; Dr Subhash Chandra Khuntia of Karnataka; Dinesh Sharma, James Varghese, V K Baby and Lalithambika of Kerala; Shiv Narayan Rupla and Shiv Narayana S Chouhan of Madhya Pradesh; R D Devakar of Maharashtra; Ratan Lal Lohati of Rajasthan; Shailesh Krishna, Ram Ganesh of Uttar Pradesh and Sumit Haldar of West Bengal.
