15th round of Phase-III mandatory Mid Carrier Training Programme (MCTP)- 2019 for IAS officers is scheduled from December 2 to 27, 2019 at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. DoPT has shortlisted more than 700 IAS officers from seven batches- 2005 to 2011.
