16 IRTS officers of 1992 batch empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 16 officers of 1992 batch belonging to Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in Government of India. The officers are: Navin Kumar Parsuramka, Sanjay Mahapatra, Abhijit Narendra, G M Singh, N Ramesh, Madan Ram Deora, S J Sinha, Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Gulshan, Rahul Agarwal, Monica Agnihotri, Tripti Gurha, Manoj Kumar Shobhit Bhatnagar and Sunil Kumar.
