As many as 16 members of the State Civil Service of erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir have been promoted as IAS against the Select Lists of 2013 up to 2018 and allocated erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre. Accordingly, Talat Parvez Iqbal Rohella, Rukhsana Gani and Rehana Batul have been promoted against the Select List of 2013, while Mir Tariq Ali and Amit Sharma were promoted against the Select List of 2016. Similarly, Nazim Zai Khan, Shakeel-ul-Rehman Rather and Pradeep Kumar were promoted against the Select List of 2017. Officers promoted against Select List of 2018 are: Rahul Sharma, Narinder Singh Bali, Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, Hashmat Ali Yatoo, Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, Mohammad Akbar Wani, Sheikh Arshad Ayub and Rajesh Sharma.
