17 IRSME officers of 1989 batch empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 17 officers of 1989 batch of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in Government of India. The officers are: V Selvam, Manish Agarwal, Santosh Sinha, Vivek Khare, Amit Gupta, Saurabh Endley, Subrata Nath, Shailendra Singh, Nuvvula Sita Rama Prasad, P Ananth, Sheelendra Pratap Singh, R Mukund, Sanjay Biswas, S Saraswathy, Sukhlal Birua, R V N Sarma and Pradeep Kumar.
