17 Joint Secretaries appointed as CPOs for various districts
As many as 17 Joint Secretaries in various Ministries of Government of India have been made Central Prabhari Officers (CPO) in the districts. Accordingly, Lamchonghoi Sweet Changsan has been appointed to Barpeta Assam and Ashutosh Agnihotri was made to Udalguri Assam and Vijaya Lakshmi Nadendl

Similarly, Vipin Kumar has been appointed to Begusarai, Bihar; Kuldip Narayan to Banka Bihar; Tanmay Kumar to Aurangabad Bihar; Sonmoni Borah to Kanker Chhattisgarh; vikas Sheel to Kondagaon Chhattisgarh; Sanjeev Kaushik to Waynand Kerala; NBS Rajput to Chhatarpur MP; Richa Bagla to Nandurbar Maharashtra; Sumant Singh to Chandel Manipur; Umakant to Mamit Mizoram; Naresh pal Gangwar to Karauli Rajasthan; Saumya Gupta to Dhalai Trpura and Bhuvnesh Kumar was posted to Balrampur UP.
