18 IRSE officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 18 officers of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) belonging to 1988 batch have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary and equivalent posts in Government of India. The officers are: Vivek Kumar Gupta, Manoj Arora, chandrashekhar Sharma, P Sreenivas, Vineet Gupta, Atul Nigam, Ajay Kumar Gupta, Parmeshwar Funkwal, Suninder Kumar Negi, Sukhmal Chand Jaiin, Akshay Kumar Jha, Rajesh Agarwal, Alok Tiwari, Manjul Mathur, Anand Kumar Singh, Ravindra Kumar Goel, Sandip Sharma and K Venkateshwara Rao.
