18 proposals of Cadre review still pending at various stages

As many as 18 Cadre review proposals of various services are still pending at various stages. Among them, maximum eight proposals are with the department of expenditure while three are pending with CCA for clarification, two proposals are pending with DoPT and one is under consideration in Cabinet Secretariat. After Cadre  Review Committee, in two cases CCA has to take the approval of the Cabinet. In one case revised proposal is awaited by the concerning department and one proposal is pending for Cadre Review Committee.
