19 Postal officers decline promotion

As many as 19 officers of Postal Department have declined promotion to the grade of Private Secretary in General Central Service, Group 'B'. The officers are: P V Hasbe, Tapan Sikhdar, Raj Kapoor Sinha, J B Gupta, Banwari Lal Kumawat, Shrikant Kumar, Archana Vartak, D B Kupwade, S C Boir, U C Sukhadeve, S P Satpute, Nidhi Srivastava, Shivaji Eknath Lande, S A Saxena, Raghvendra  Prasad Ojha, Mohini, Sonam Choldan and D S Nair.
