1987 & 1988 Batch IAS officers of West Bengal promoted as ACS

Two officers of 1987 batch of IAS  Sunil Kumar Gupta, Pr Secretary Power and Hari Ramulu presently posted as Commissioner Burdwan have been promoted and posted as Additional Chief Secretary in their respective departments from 2nd January. Two officers of 1988 batch IAS Indevar Pandey, Principal Secretary PWD and  Hari Krishna Dwivedi, Principal Secretary Finance have been promoted and posted as ACS in respective departments from 2nd January.
