Believe it or not, 1996 batch IAS officer J K Sinha has been appointed Acting Chief Secretary of Tripura. He succeeds 1990 batch IAS officer Chief Secretary Kumar Alok who has been appointed as the new Director of the State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development.
