2 IAS officers get new responsibilities in HP

Manesh Kumar has been posted as Resident Commissioner, Pangi at Killar, District Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, while  Shivam Pratap Singh will take over as Chief Executive Officer, H P State Rural Livelihood Mission, Shimla.
