21 IAS officers retiring in Sept

As many as 21 IAS officers of various cadres and batches are retiring in September 2025. They are: Dharmendra, Bidol Tayeng, R Lalramnghaka and Ajay Ghagti of AGMUT cadre; Donald Phillips Wahlang of Assam-Meghalaya cadre;  Sunil Bharthwal of Bihar cadre; Rajesh Jogpal of Haryana; Mrs Alka Tiwari of Jharkhand cadre; Mrs Bhavna Walimbe of MP;  Sudhakar Baburao Telang of Maharashtra; Wezope Kenye of Nagaland; Harish Nayar of Punjab; T K Ramachandran, S Palaniswamy of Tamil Nadu; Sudhir Mahadevo Bobde, Brajesh Narain Singh, Avinash Krishna Singh and Rakesh Kumar Singh of Uttar Pradesh; Uttam Kumar Patra, Utpal Biswas and Mukesh Kumar Singh of West Bengal cadre.
