21 Members appointed to Committee of Experts on manufacturing aircraft and helicopter

A Committee of Experts (Officers and Experts) has been constituted in order to recommend on manufacturing of aircraft, helicopters and associated equipment for the civil aviation sector in India. Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation will be Chairperson of the Committee. As many as 20 persons are Members in the committee. They are: Secretary, DIPP; DG, Civil Aviation; CMD, HAL, Director, council of Scientific & Industrial Research-NAL; Director, ADA, Dr Kota Harinarayana, INAE Satish Dhawan Chair of Engineering Eminence, Dr R K Tyagi, President, Aernatuical Society of India; Baba Kalyani CMD, Kalyani Group of Industries, Pune; Udyant Malhotra, CEO & MD, Dynamatic Technologies Ltd; S P Shukla, Group President & CEO, Aerospace & Defence Sector, Mahindra Group; Dr V Venkata Raju, CMD, VEM Technologies Pvt Limited; Sukram Singh, country Head, South Asia, GE Aviation Ltd, Chris Rao, MD, UTC Aerospace Systems; Pratyush Kumar, President, Beoing India Pvt Ltd; Anand Stanley, President, airbus Group India Pvt Ltd; Phil Shaw, CEO-India, Lockheed Martin India Pvt Ltd and Sikorsky aircraft  Corproation Ltd; Yaacov Berkovitz, Director-India, Israle Aerospace Industries and Economic Adviser, Ministry of Civil Aviation as Member Secretary of the Committee.
