23 IAS officers retiring in October

They include: Dr Renu Sharma of AGMUT cadre; Gopal Krishna Dwivedi and M Prashanti of Andhra Pradesh; Ashutosh Kumar Verma of Bihar; A B Rathod of Gujarat; T V S Prasad of Haryana; Devinder Kumar Rattan of Himacha
