23 officers of UP Service awarded IAS cadre

As many as 23 officers of Uttar Pradesh State Civil Service have been awarded Indian Administrative Service (IAS) cadre. They are: Praveen Mishra, Manoj Kumar, Devisharan Upadhyay, Dr Chandra Bhushan, Brijraj Singh Yadav, Surendra Prasad Singh, Mahendra Verma, Rahul Singh, Mrs Anita Verma Singh, Jitendra Pratap Singh, Alok Sinigh, Shishir, Shubhrant Kumar Shukla, Vishal Bhardwaj, Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Dr Vijay Kumar Singh, Satya Prakash Patel, Dr Rakesh Verma, Achchhe Lal Singh Yadav, Dhirendra Singh Sachan, Dr Kanchan Sharan, Raghubeer and Dr Vandana Verma.
