25 IRSE officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as 25 officers of 1987 batch of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in Government of India. The officers are: Pankaj Saxena; Amar Prakash Dwivedi, Atul B Khare, Atul Kumar Kankane; Dinesh Kumar Singh, Anil Kumar Shrangarya, Pradeep K Garg, Anil K Khandelwal, Sharad Kumar Jain, P Kalimuthu, Vijay V Kitke, Neeraj Aggarwal, Shirish Kesarwani, Sanjay K Garg, Ved Prakash, Rajeev Soni, Prasanna K Kshatriya, Siba Prasad Samantaray, Kamal Nayan, Rajesh K Arora, Davendra M Ramtekker, Arvind Kumar Singh, Amresh Kumar Sinha, S A Abdul Rehman and Dinesh Kumar Singh.
