26 IPS officers get new responsibility in Haryana

The Haryana government has assigned new responsibility to 26 IPS officers. Accordingly, Shatrujeet Singh Kapoor has been appointed as DG, Jail, and Deshraj Singh was posted as DG, Bhondsi Police Complex, Gurugram and Charu Bali will join as ADGP/SCB, Gurugram. Similarly, Y Puran Kumar Singh is posted as IGP, Homeguard; Sanjay Kumar as IG, Administration, Haryana with additional charge of IG, Law & Order, PHQ; Bharti Arora as IG, Ambala Range with additional charge of IG, Karnal Range; Hemant Kalson as IG, Home Guard; Rakesh Kumar Arya as IG, Hisar Range; Satendra Kumar Gupta as DIG, Jail and will also hold additional charge of DIG, Railway & Commando; Shashank Anand MD, UHVBN was handed over additional charge of DIG, CID; B Sateesh Balan as DIG, STF with additional charge of DIG, IRB Bhondsi; Om Prakash as DIG, Law & order with additional charge of DIG, Administration; Nazneen Bhasin as DIG, RTC Bhondsi with additional charge of DIG, State Vigilance Bureau; Kuldeep Singh as DIG, State Vigilance Bureau; Krishna Murari as DIG, PTC Sunaria; Shiv Charan as DIG, ACB; Balwan Singh as DIG-cum-SP Hisar; D K Bhardwaj as DIG, Home Guard; Hamid Akhtar as SP, Ambala with additional charge of AIG Welfare (PHQ); Virendra Kumar as SP Security, CID with additional charge of Commandant, First Battalion, HAP Ambala City; Wasim Akram as SP, Jind; Dr Anshu Singla as DCP, NIT; Dr Arpit Jain as DCP, Ballabhgarh with additional charge of DCP, Headquarters Faridabad; Udai Meena Singh as SP, Telecommunication and Nitish Kumar was posted as ASP, Safindon. Besides, Dr Haneef Qureshi, IGP/IRB & DG & Secretary, New & Renewable Energy, will hold the additional charge of IGP, RYC, Bhondsi.
