3 IAS officers get new assignments in Bihar

Dharmendra Kumar has been appointed Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing, while Suharsh Bhagat takes over as Addl Executive Director, State Health Committee, Bihar. Besides, Mithilesh Mishra, Director, Mid Day Meal, Patna, will also handle charge of Director, Primary Education, Patna.
