3 IAS officers have got new assignments in MP. Manish Singh has been appointed as Additional Secretary, MP Govt, while Neeraj Mandloi will hold additional charge of MD, MP Metro Rail Corporation and Vivek Porwal will also handle charge of Commissioner, PR & MP Madhyam.
