Jiut Singh has been appointed as Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, while Mukesh Kumar Lal was made Special Secretary, Finance. Besides, Dharmendra Singh, Secretary, Finance, will hold additional charge of Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO) and MD, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna.
