3 IAS reshuffled in Jharkhand

3 IAS officers have been reshuffled in Jharkhand. Varun Ranjan has been made Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Ranchi, while Manjunath Bhajantri was appointed CEO, JSLPS. Besides, Mrityunjay Kumar Baranwal has been posted as Commissioner of MGNREGA.
