3 IRS officers appointed as Expenditure Observers for L&K Assembly Polls
The ECI has appointed three IRS(C&IT) officers as Expenditure Observers in Phase 1 for the J&K Assembly polls. They are: Samaya Murali T, Debjyoti Chakravarty and Sameer Kumar Jha.
