3 IRS officers appointed Expenditure Observers

The ECI has appointed three IRS officers as Expenditure Observers for the Assembly by- elections. D m Ninme IRS-IT has been given Karnataka while Wazim Mustafa and Doddi Jagdis will go to Bihar and UP respectively. Both are IRS(C&IT officers.
