3 to 4 tier organizational structure being mulled for PSBs’ merger

There is a proposal to change the current two-tier structure of Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank to either a three-tier structure of Bank of Baroda or even to a four-tier set-up of State Bank of India (SBI) for accommodating the officers and employees in the merged entity.
