3rd extension, not getting candidate ?

The govt has extended third time the last date for applying for Financial Advisor, NCLAT, under the ministry of Corporate Affairs. Now interested can apply till July 1, 2020. The first time DoPT invited application on November 11, 2019 and the last date was December 11, 2019. Then it was extended further. It seems eligible candidates are not interested to apply.
