40 IAS officers not to attend MCTP

UP govt has expressed inability to relieve 40 IAS officers for  Mid Carrier Training Programme ( MCTP) Phase -III at  LBSNAAA, Musoorie. In a letter to DoPT, the state govt has said that it is not possible to relieve IAS officers in such a big number.
